🎯 What You'll Do

• Build real-time low-latency Voice AI features
• Develop call intelligence including transcript analysis and coaching tools
• Work directly with customers in shared Slack channels
• Mentor team members through code and design reviews

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Depth in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python
• Production experience with AI features under latency budget

• Experience operating real-time or low-latency systems at scale
• Experience with voice or telephony systems
