💼 About This Role

You'll architect the company's operating system as the first dedicated ops hire, building systems from scratch. Your work will touch every part of the business, from strategic planning to daily execution, with a clear path to COO. You'll lead special projects and design agentic workflows that eliminate manual work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect OKRs, dashboards, rituals, and planning cycles
• Act as cross-functional glue to reduce bottlenecks
• Set up HR, payroll, legal, and compliance systems
• Build agentic workflows and automation tools

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in operations, strategy, or business roles
• Experience building systems from scratch at a startup
• Strong analytical and process design skills
