You'll manage the end-to-end proposal development process at a fast-growing SaaS company, crafting compelling RFX responses and optimizing our AI-powered proposal platform, Arphie. You'll drive content library improvements and workflow automation to directly impact sales success. This role offers the chance to own systems and processes in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and vendor questionnaires with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and update the proposal content library in Arphie.
• Configure and optimize Arphie to streamline workflows and automation.
• Coordinate approval workflows and communicate proposal timelines.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in proposal coordination or RFP writing in B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with proposal automation platforms like Responsive or Loopio.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs like ChatGPT for proposal writing.
• Experience with SaaS travel and expense management solutions.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001).
