You'll coordinate HR and recruiting operations for an AI-powered resource planner company, ensuring smooth onboarding and employee support. Your work will streamline hiring processes and maintain a people-first culture across offices in Lisbon and San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration
• Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings and candidate sourcing
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires
• Create and update internal HR processes and templates

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll and benefits

• Portuguese proficiency
