💼 About This Role

You'll join the Billing team as the key contact for client invoicing and payments, working closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing. You'll directly improve client satisfaction by resolving billing issues and optimizing processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle client billing inquiries and resolve complex issues
• Issue credits and refunds to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage contract modifications and subscription cancellations
• Identify process improvements and report technical bugs

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer orientation (internal and external)
• Ability to collaborate across departments
