  • Lead direct mail campaign execution from ideation through measurement.
  • Design experiments for messaging, creative, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and operational workflows.
  • Track performance metrics and inform strategy with insights.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in growth marketing or demand generation with end-to-end campaigns.
  • Operational and analytical skills to track and optimize performance.
  • Builder mentality with high ownership on ambiguous projects.
  • Team-first communication across sales, creative, and data teams.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or fintech growth team.
  • Experience with direct mail platforms or offline acquisition channels.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or automation tools like Clay or Zapier.
