🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead direct mail campaign execution from ideation through measurement.
- Design experiments for messaging, creative, and targeting strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and operational workflows.
- Track performance metrics and inform strategy with insights.
📋 Requirements
- Experience in growth marketing or demand generation with end-to-end campaigns.
- Operational and analytical skills to track and optimize performance.
- Builder mentality with high ownership on ambiguous projects.
- Team-first communication across sales, creative, and data teams.

- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or fintech growth team.
- Experience with direct mail platforms or offline acquisition channels.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or automation tools like Clay or Zapier.
