You'll support the Finance team over a 10-week summer engagement, gaining hands-on exposure to corporate financial planning and analysis. You'll work directly with senior finance leaders on projects that inform company decision-making. This role offers a real-world immersion into the modeling and reporting that powers a high-growth, publicly traded biotech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and headcount data to surface business insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key financial and operational metrics.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, templates, and workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and pivot tables.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear communicator able to distill complex financial data for non-finance audiences.

• Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or SQL.
