💼 About This Role

You'll partner directly with company leadership to drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives at an applied AI lab building agents for cybersecurity. You'll tackle diverse challenges from operational reviews to talent initiatives, gaining rare exposure to building a category-defining company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with founders and leaders on strategic initiatives
• Conduct operational reviews to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Contribute to talent function including hiring strategy
• Build community and brand through events and partnerships

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, product management, or startup roles
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal structure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent judgment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
