You'll ensure end-to-end visibility and control over order fulfillment processes across multiple channels. You'll act as the primary operational liaison between 3PL providers and internal teams. This role directly influences customer satisfaction and refund rates in a fast-scaling e-commerce environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor real-time order flow across fulfillment systems
• Proactively detect and resolve stalled or delayed shipments
• Serve as operational liaison between 3PL, supply chain, and customer service
• Track 3PL and carrier performance against SLAs

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or fulfillment coordination
• Hands-on experience with 3PL providers, carrier networks, or order management systems
• Familiarity with Amazon or marketplace fulfillment systems (Seller Central, FBA/FBM)
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting
