You'll help establish the future of software validation and verification at a leading life insurance technology platform. You'll work at the intersection of application engineering, product development, and applied AI to translate ideas into structured specifications and scalable validation systems. You'll also explore how AI can transform quality engineering practices in a discipline-building apprenticeship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to API verification using REST testing tools and schema-based checks
• Support structured refinement activities to make software behavior explicit
• Participate in Example Mapping and specification workshops with engineers and product managers
• Prototype AI-assisted approaches to specification generation and verification

📋 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML workflows, or applied automation
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another modern programming language
• Hands-on experience working with APIs or modern web systems
• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, or evaluation workflows

• LLM experimentation or prompt engineering
• Experience with orchestration/agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases
