You'll lead the technical transformation of enterprise-scale customer experience environments, partnering with clients to translate business priorities into technology-enabled outcomes. You'll shape solution strategy, oversee complex delivery programs, and guide teams from architecture through rollout. This role sits at the intersection of CX platforms, data ecosystems, and applied AI, driving measurable improvements in operational KPIs.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Plan and implement AI-driven solutions for digital and operational transformation.
- Build and scale cross-functional squads to improve CX and operational KPIs.
- Own delivery excellence across engagements, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- Provide senior technical leadership on architecture, integration, data, and AI decisions.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in Data & AI and/or software engineering as a technical leader in consulting.
- Experience leading large-scale AI and/or CX transformation initiatives end-to-end.
- Proven success leading large, globally distributed, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI enterprise applications and ROI measurement.

- Experience with CCaaS, CRM, WFM, and integration platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills including leading executive workshops.
