You'll serve as the primary executive counterpart for Coupa's most strategic accounts, ensuring the platform drives long-term business transformation. You'll architect specific value journeys and orchestrate global resources to align with customer objectives. This role offers the chance to shape revenue growth and partnership expansion at a pioneering AI company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Cultivate and maintain trust-based relationships with C-suite executives.
- Define and drive measurable business outcomes ensuring ROI.
- Lead governance and orchestrate cross-functional account teams.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for account expansion.
๐ Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in customer success or consulting.
- Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders in enterprise settings.
- Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay lifecycle (S2P, CLM, P2P).
- Experience mobilizing distributed cross-functional teams without direct reports.
