You'll serve as the primary executive counterpart for Coupa's most strategic accounts, ensuring the platform drives long-term business transformation. You'll architect specific value journeys and orchestrate global resources to align with customer objectives.   • Cultivate and maintain trust-based relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Define and drive measurable business outcomes ensuring ROI.
  • Lead governance and orchestrate cross-functional account teams.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for account expansion.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in customer success or consulting.
  • Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders in enterprise settings.
  • Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay lifecycle (S2P, CLM, P2P).
  • Experience mobilizing distributed cross-functional teams without direct reports.
