🎯 What You'll Do

• Validate and apply software modules related to coding and training.
• Collaborate with coding and clinical team members and external clients.
• Implement and support Clinical Documentation Integrity programs.
• Lead audits of medical record coding, documentation, and DRG assignment.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with verification before start
• Seven years as a Registered Nurse with inpatient acute care experience
• Five years of acute care CDI experience
• RHIT, CCDS, CDIP, or CCS certification with five years of coding or CDI experience

• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Experience with clinical documentation integrity programs
