💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health physical therapy to adult and geriatric clients in Fernandina Beach, FL. You'll help clients maintain comfort, independence, and dignity in their own homes. This role offers a $2,000 bonus for full-time commitment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy services to clients in their homes
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain records
• Educate patients and families on therapy exercises

📋 Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Florida
• Graduate of a two-year college program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• At least one year of work experience under a qualified Physical Therapist
• Completion of Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse requirement
