You'll lead second shift manufacturing operations for an innovative EV vehicle platform at a fast-growing commercial EV company. Your core impact will be driving safety, quality, and productivity while achieving daily production targets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own all aspects of second shift production
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and associates
• Implement lean manufacturing principles (5S, standardized work)
• Proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of progressive leadership in high-volume manufacturing
• 5+ years in direct production management
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing principles
