You will manage client deliverables across multiple smaller clients, coordinating between clients and practice leads to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery within budget. You'll oversee project management, QA, meetings, and QBR preparation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management in a client-centric organization
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions
- Expert proficiency in Monday.com
- Demonstrable experience in setting and following QA processes
- Very strong communication, interpersonal, data analysis, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of client commitments through hands-on project management
- Resolve issues, track progress, and marshal resources
- Prioritize work-streams and deliverables, define and track QA
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, produce meeting notes and status updates
- Sign off on fee sheets
