You'll support the appraisal process by coordinating data collection and managing appraiser workflows. You'll ensure timely, accurate delivery of appraisal materials for a community-focused real estate owner. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external appraisers to track deadlines and review reports for accuracy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate data transmission from CIM to external appraisers.
• Assemble and organize appraisal support materials (rent rolls, income statements).
• Manage appraiser information requests and monitor timelines.
• Review draft appraisal reports for accuracy and narrative consistency.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 3-5 years prior experience in real estate accounting or finance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

✨ Nice to Have

• Willingness to learn Argus, Yardi, and SharePoint.
• Experience with property tax appeal process.
