Description

You will lead two accelerator programs in Rutland, Vermont, recruiting and supporting startups, coaching participants, and managing program logistics from recruitment through showcase. Your role is to build networks with mentors and investors and help startups achieve growth and fundraising goals.

Requirements

• Experience in program management or startup ecosystem support
• Strong network-building and coaching skills
• Ability to work in-person in Rutland, VT
• Passion for entrepreneurship and small business growth
• Effective at evaluating and convincing high-potential startups to join

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics and operations of two accelerator programs (gALPHA and StartUp Rutland)
• Recruit, interview, and select startup participants
• Sourcing and engaging mentors and investors for weekly programming
• Coordinate 1:1 meetings, Lunch Learns, cohort events, and networking
• Plan and execute program kickoff and showcase events
