💼 About This Role

You'll join a robotik-hardware-startup at the point where operational excellence becomes the bottleneck. You'll immediately take over procurement from engineers, enabling them to focus on product development. This role is the central interface between suppliers, customers, engineering, and finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily procurement operations from engineers
• Handle supplier relationships in Germany and internationally
• Coordinate goods receipt, quality checks, and payments
• Build basic process documentation (currently Excel-based)

📋 Requirements

• Technical education (engineering, industrial engineering, or technical vocational training)
• Understanding of mechatronic components (motors, mechanical and electrical parts)
• Several years of experience in technical procurement for physical products
• Fluency in German (C1/C2) and good English (C1+)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in automation, robotics, or mechatronics industry
• Quality management (QM/QA) background
• Existing supplier network in relevant categories
