You'll negotiate and draft key agreements for a fast-growing fintech company, ensuring scalable and legally sound business operations. You'll partner with cross-functional teams on high-stakes transactional matters and strategic partnerships. This role offers ownership and impact in shaping the legal framework of a movement transforming digital payments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate complex agreements for welfare services.
• Manage end-to-end legal lifecycle of strategic partnerships.
• Provide legal support for public and private tenders.
• Advise on and draft contracts for marketing campaigns.

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in commercial law.
• Experience with complex contract drafting and negotiations.
• Familiarity with tech/fintech ecosystem and payment schemes.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous in-house experience in a tech company.
• Experience with PSD2/PSD3 regulations.
• Background in consumer law.
