Tech Stack

Description

You will own Canonical's marketing technology stack, data architecture, and infrastructure, designing and scaling systems for marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven growth. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to build automated systems that fuel a global business.

Requirements

• System design expertise in data world, understanding of networking and data ingress/egress
• Proficiency with cloud data warehousing (BigQuery), relational databases (Postgres), and object stores (S3)
• Deep knowledge of REST API architecture, with experience in GraphQL beneficial
• Senior-level knowledge of Python (OOP, APIs, asyncio) and SQL (Trino, dbt valued)
• Commitment to clean code, CI/CD, automated testing, and Git

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure and martech stack
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, automations, and integrations between CRM, marketing platforms, and data warehouse
• Architect and manage APIs for seamless system integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect technical solutions
• Implement software engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control
