💼 About This Role

You'll transcribe and translate Swahili audio as part of a large-scale multilingual speech-to-text project for advanced AI development. Your work will directly improve language technology that shapes how humans and machines communicate.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce verbatim transcripts from audio including noises and crosstalk
• Translate transcribed content into natural, fluent English
• Review and correct transcripts or translations for accuracy
• Optionally perform both transcription and translation within same workflow

📋 Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Swahili (DRC dialect)
• Graduate qualification in translation, linguistics, or language studies
• Alternative: graduate degree plus 2 years translation experience
• Alternative: 5 years full-time professional translation experience
