💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with founders to own revenue-facing searches end to end, helping identify top candidates for a zero-to-one environment. Your impact will shape how we source, attract, and close AEs, CSMs, and operators as we scale. You'll be a thought partner defining talent markets for leaders and building pipelines through outbound sourcing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end GTM searches from kickoff through signed offer
• Outbound sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and talent mapping
• Ensure candidate experience from first touch through close
• Maintain ATS hygiene in Ashby and manage recruiting operations

📋 Requirements

• NYC-Based with willingness to work in-office 5 days/week
• 2 to 5 years of GTM recruiting experience at a Series A to C startup
• Proven track record closing revenue-facing roles (AE, CSM, operations)
• Deep experience with high-volume outbound sourcing and GTM talent pools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a high-bar recruitment agency with a GTM desk
• Familiarity with AI tools and GTM community networks
