🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome clients warmly and use their names to build connections.
• Handle client scheduling, package purchases, and account inquiries.
• Maintain product knowledge for retail operations and promotions.
• Assist with studio cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with MBO (Mindbody Online) preferred.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
