💼 About This Role

You'll shape the user experience for corporate travel solutions at a leading metasearch brand. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into impactful designs. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the Berlin office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design for product features and iterations.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into design improvements.
• Produce multiple concepts and prototypes for user testing.
• Communicate design rationale to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design (B2B or B2C).
• Mastery of user experience and interaction design principles.
• Experience conducting usability studies and user research.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.

• Experience designing for AI products.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
