You'll lead customer operations and accounts management for a fast-growing InsurTech. Your team will drive seamless customer journeys in a high-volume environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Coach and mentor Team Leads to grow their teams
- Partner with SalesOps on strategy and daily operations
- Monitor call/email volume and agent performance
- Own process improvements in Zendesk and Salesforce
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in leadership roles as a leader of leaders
- 5+ years in high-volume operations or call center management
- Deep experience in Zendesk and Salesforce
- Proven track record improving team-wide service metrics
✨ Nice to Have
- Commercial insurance experience
- RIBO license or willingness to obtain
- CIP, CRM, or CAIB designation
