You'll lead customer operations and accounts management for a fast-growing InsurTech. Your team will drive seamless customer journeys in a high-volume environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach and mentor Team Leads to grow their teams
  • Partner with SalesOps on strategy and daily operations
  • Monitor call/email volume and agent performance
  • Own process improvements in Zendesk and Salesforce

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in leadership roles as a leader of leaders
  • 5+ years in high-volume operations or call center management
  • Deep experience in Zendesk and Salesforce
  • Proven track record improving team-wide service metrics

✨ Nice to Have

  • Commercial insurance experience
  • RIBO license or willingness to obtain
  • CIP, CRM, or CAIB designation
