💼 About This Role

You'll provide mental health support and behavioral interventions for K-12 students across the Lansing School District. You'll help create a safe, welcoming environment where students can succeed academically and personally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain a caseload of at-risk learners for support and interventions.
• Conduct group sessions for special ed and general ed students.
• Share community resources with students and families.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate student goals and growth plans.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree with concentration in social work.
• Michigan Social Worker license (even if Limited).
• School Social Worker certification (SSW 310) or enrolled in a Michigan program.

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of experience with children, families, and school systems.
• Experience constructing Positive Behavior Support Systems.
• Experience with diverse urban student populations.
