You'll provide one-on-one care to children with autism and implement behavior reduction plans. Your work directly supports meaningful progress for clients and families.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct care to clients in one-on-one and group settings
• Implement behavior reduction plans and protocols
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data using company tablets
• Complete daily session notes and communicate with team and families

📋 Requirements

• Current and active RBT Certification
• 1+ years of experience in an ABA environment
• Ability to pass a background check
