💼 About This Role

You'll lead high-impact technical initiatives at Compass, driving platform improvements and cross-functional programs. You'll own the full lifecycle of key programs from planning through execution, managing dependencies and stakeholder communication. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead large-scale initiatives to build new products or platform components.
• Manage full program lifecycle including planning, communication, and issue resolution.
• Oversee third-party software management: relationships and configuration.
• Drive strategic planning and execution across multiple organizations and locations.

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field.
• 7+ years of Technical Program Management in a high-paced tech environment.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven reporting.
• Experience managing initiatives in rapid growth environments.
