You'll lead the design of products used by 7,000+ solar professionals daily, growing a team of five product designers. You'll partner with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap that determines how quickly the solar industry moves.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of product designers
• Define KPIs aligned with company OKRs and deliver against them
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to ship solutions
• Evolve design operations and integrate research into workflows

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in product design or user experience design
• 5+ years building design teams that ship technical SaaS products
• Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional partners
• Demonstrated ability to define and align a product vision
