💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a senior individual contributor on the GTM Strategic Analytics Insights team, blending advanced data science with AI/LLM-driven innovation. You'll build predictive models and lead analyses that shape how Klaviyo understands and accelerates customer outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain advanced predictive and time-series models
• Lead deep-dive statistical analyses using regression and causal inference
• Architect AI/LLM-powered solutions for automating insights
• Own end-to-end forecasting and operational decision systems

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science
• Deep expertise in statistical inference and modeling
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/LLM-based solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, xgboost, statsmodels) and SQL

✨ Nice to Have

• SaaS experience strongly preferred
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, and production data pipelines
• Experience building data visualizations with Tableau or similar
