🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily wallet operations including deposits and withdrawals.
• Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays.
• Coordinate network upgrades, token events, and testing.
• Review and simplify internal processes to enhance efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in crypto wallet operations or blockchain infrastructure.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies like EVM, Polkadot, Cosmos.
• Experience with on-chain analysis tools and DeFi protocols.
• Familiarity with wallet infrastructure such as nodes and signing services.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in traditional finance custody.
• Knowledge of hardware wallets, MPC, HSM, KSM, embedded custody.
