You'll work on complex transactions and accounting projects for a top-tier advisory firm. You'll lead operational due diligence for acquisitions and IPOs, while carving out business units and preparing SEC filings. This role offers direct client interaction and a hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare operational due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Lead accounting projects for business unit carve-outs.
• Integrate with client's internal finance team as subject matter expert.
• Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, S-1) and coordinate audits.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of public accounting or industry finance experience.
• Minimum 2 years at a Big 4 firm.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
