You'll own and grow a portfolio of 50-75 customer accounts at a high-growth MedTech SaaS startup, focusing on driving ARR growth through upsells and renewals. - Manage a portfolio of 50-75 customer accounts
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities
- Own end-to-end renewal process for accounts
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and PlanHat
๐ Requirements
- 2-5+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in SaaS
- Proven ability to upsell and expand existing customer accounts
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

- Experience in MedTech or healthcare
- Trained in enterprise sales methodology
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
