You'll own and grow a portfolio of 50-75 customer accounts at a high-growth MedTech SaaS startup, focusing on driving ARR growth through upsells and renewals.   • Manage a portfolio of 50-75 customer accounts
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities
  • Own end-to-end renewal process for accounts
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and PlanHat

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in SaaS
  • Proven ability to upsell and expand existing customer accounts
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Experience in MedTech or healthcare
  • Trained in enterprise sales methodology
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
