You'll define the architectural foundation for how enterprises process unstructured data for LLM applications. You'll own the technical direction for our core platform, guiding data flow from ingestion to retrieval. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in deep systems work and Kubernetes expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define end-to-end architecture for data transformation and retrieval platform.
• Build and scale distributed systems for massive unstructured data volumes.
• Serve as company-wide authority on Kubernetes orchestration and reliability.
• Design and optimize Postgres schemas, queries, and indexing strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems.
• Python expert capable of building frameworks from scratch.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise to design, deploy, and debug at scale.
• Fluent in Postgres with understanding of query planning and partitioning.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or scaling LLM-powered or RAG systems in production.
• Familiarity with vector databases or hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Contributions to open-source projects in Python, Kubernetes, or distributed systems.
