💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary finance partner to OpenAI's AGI Deployment Infrastructure Engineering organization, driving compute demand forecasting and infrastructure spend analysis. You'll build frameworks connecting product usage and technical decisions to economic outcomes, shaping planning across product and infrastructure teams. This role offers leadership of a small team while remaining hands-on with analysis and execution at a cutting-edge AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own consolidated compute demand forecast across products
• Forecast infrastructure spend including software and cost drivers
• Build financial framework linking usage to compute costs and margins
• Develop tools to evaluate compute ROI across features and segments

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or buy-side investing
• Operational experience at a fast-paced, scaling company
• Ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
