As a People Business Partner at Scopely, you'll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, using data and insights to drive team performance and shape people strategies. You'll coach managers, support employee growth, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in tech or product environment
• Strong business acumen connecting people strategies to business outcomes
• Proven ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and provide balanced guidance
• Experience handling employee relations with sound judgment
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities
