Requirements
- 3-5 years people leadership in SMB/Mid-Market sales, SaaS preferred
- 2+ years as top-performing B2B sales individual contributor
- Proven negotiation skills
- Experience building and executing team-wide sales plans
- Data-savvy with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 8-10 Field Account Executives and Managers
- Drive partner acquisition, optimization, upsell, and retention
- Travel ~25% across region to support major conversations and close deals
- Champion Salesforce and Salesloft data to uncover insights and ensure pipeline health
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and refine sales strategies
