• Ensure platform scales to support hyper-growth customers
• Drive technical roadmap with Product, Design, and GTM
• Establish coding standards, CI/CD, and observability practices
• Mentor engineers across domains

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in PostgreSQL at scale (partitioning, sharding, replication)
• Proven track record shipping high-impact production-grade systems
