You will lead Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates, managing day-to-day operations and client relationships to deliver top-tier paid social campaigns for high-profile brands. You'll oversee campaign optimization, budget management, and cross-discipline integration while analyzing data to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Substantial account management, planning, and/or performance media experience
  • Strong working understanding of paid social platforms and supporting technology (Facebook Ad Manager, X Ads, etc.)
  • Experience with enterprise-level paid social accounts across diverse budgets and objectives
  • Ability to communicate processes and tactics to clients, peers, and junior team members
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates, owning their career development
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, SnapChat, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit)
  • Coordinate assets between creative agencies and manage budgets
  • Integrate paid social strategy into multi-channel recommendations using strong quantitative skills
  • Analyze data to provide insights and optimization recommendations; test campaign variables for client-specific insights
