💼 About This Role

You'll lead the architecture and design of high-voltage power conversion systems for our sodium-ion energy storage platform. Your work will directly impact grid resilience and renewable energy integration at scale. This role offers a unique chance to own hard problems from cell to grid in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of high-voltage power conversion systems including DC/AC inverters and bidirectional converters.
• Define system-level electrical requirements for power stages, gate drives, and EMI/EMC.
• Select and integrate key components like IGBTs, SiC/GaN FETs, and magnetics.
• Own system-level testing and validation including HV safety and fault response.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in power conversion systems for energy storage or related fields.
• Expertise in high-power, high-voltage (100kW+) converters and inverters.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage system design, insulation coordination, and thermal management.
• Skilled in simulation tools like SPICE, PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, and Altium.
