Description

You will own and drive all mechanical integration activities at the launch site, ensuring mechanical readiness and flawless execution for flight hardware and MGSE. As the primary on-site mechanical authority, you will bridge design, manufacturing, and launch operations while mentoring engineers and coordinating with partners to ensure mission success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 8+ years aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated ownership of hardware integration from design through launch
• Proficiency in CAD tools (Inventor, CREO, SolidWorks, Catia)
• Deep understanding of aerospace mechanical standards and safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical integration efforts at the launch site
• Define and execute mechanical integration strategy and risk mitigation
• Lead design, qualification, and deployment of MGSE
• Serve as primary technical authority during integration and launch
• Coordinate mechanical activities with internal teams and external partners
