💼 About This Role

You'll support licensed colorists at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar to deliver a seamless guest experience. You'll learn behind-the-chair services like shampooing, blowouts, and toner applications while working toward promotion to Licensed Colorist. This role offers base hourly pay plus commissions and tips starting at $27-$28/hr.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Effective communication and problem-solving in fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems and fluency in English.
