Description

You will lead the API strategy and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) experience, treating the developer ecosystem and identity infrastructure as flagship products. You will define the vision, roadmap, and execution for both the developer platform and secure user access, acting as a foundational enabler for employees, clients, and third-party developers.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience
• Experience with CIAM/IAM platforms, API platforms, developer tools, SaaS infrastructure, or fintech preferred
• Platform mindset with ability to balance stability and long-term strategy
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own the API and CIAM product roadmap from design to deprecation
• Drive CIAM strategy including authentication, authorization, SSO, and user lifecycle management
• Navigate complex stakeholder needs from internal teams and external clients
• Establish platform standards for API design and access management
• Champion developer experience with documentation, sandboxes, SDKs, and self-serve onboarding
