💼 About This Role

You'll lead the LLM team at EverAI, owning architecture, training, and deployment of models powering personalized AI companions at massive scale. Your work will directly impact 80M+ daily tokens and millions of users globally. No corporate sandbox—you'll ship production code and define alignment strategy in the unique uncensored/NSFW space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write production code in Python/PyTorch, optimizing core chat loop latency
• Drive SFT and RLHF/DPO strategy for model lifecycle
• Architect high-precision moderation classifiers for NSFW content
• Oversee data sourcing, labeling, and cleaning for steerability

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years engineering experience shipping ML/LLM at scale
• Proficient in Python/PyTorch and modern LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace)
• Experience building for uncensored/NSFW environments
• Deep understanding of alignment (prompt conditioning, temperature, sampling)
