You'll join a collegial legal team providing excellent legal service to the City of Fort Worth, handling condemnation cases for rapid city growth. You'll prepare petitions, represent the City in special commissioners' hearings, and conduct bench/jury trials. This role offers mentorship and career development in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reviewing files for condemnation and preparing petitions
• Representing the City in special commissioners' hearings
• Preparing condemnation cases for trial and conducting trials
• Conducting legal research and drafting opinions

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• 5 years of increasingly responsible legal experience
• Relevant trial experience
• License from the Supreme Court of Texas to practice
