Description
As a Content Operation Intern, you will support the back-end setup of merchant campaigns, ensuring all campaign details, editorial assets, and configurations are accurate before launch. You'll collaborate with various teams to track feedback, resolve configuration issues, and maintain internal documentation, gaining hands-on experience in e-commerce and digital content management.
Requirements
- Fluent C1 in German
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with content management systems or workflow tools preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support backend configuration of Groupon merchant campaigns
- Assist in managing editorial assets for campaigns
- Track and apply feedback and revisions from internal teams
- Ensure campaigns meet editorial and technical standards before launch
