You'll support the Department of Veterans Affairs as an onsite System Administrator, analyzing problem areas and improving this mission critical network. You'll perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IT customers. This role is 100% onsite at a VA facility.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using Service Now
  • Provision endpoints including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Perform system monitoring and analysis to identify risks and recommend improvements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of system administration experience
  • Experience with high volume/high availability systems
  • Knowledge of debugging protocols and processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions

โœจ Nice to Have

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
  • Familiarity with McAfee and other VA standard tools
