Description

You will lead complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing for SAP applications. Your responsibilities include translating business requirements into detailed application designs and managing a team of developers. This role contributes to helping federal government agencies operate more effectively and deliver greater value.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP ABAP and/or Fiori/UI5 and/or BTP development experience
• Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation
• Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
• US Citizens only (no dual citizenship or OCI Holders)
• Q Clearance and/or Top Secret clearance required
• Ability to travel up to 75%

Responsibilities

• Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
• Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
• Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
• Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
