💼 About This Role

You'll support the gene therapy pipeline by overseeing GMP microbiological assays. You'll ensure timely, compliant testing and act as an SME for multiple methods. This role offers growth in a company focused on rare disease treatments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute routine and non-routine microbiological testing
• Review and approve cGMP analytical data
• Author quality records like deviations and CAPAs
• Serve as trainer for in-house microbiological methods

📋 Requirements

• BS or MS in Microbiology
• 6+ years of QC experience
• Knowledge of endotoxin, bioburden, TOC, and sterility methods
• Strong technical writing in GMP environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EDMS like Veeva Vault
• Experience with LIMS
